Rich in vitamin E (tocopherol),
this refined sunflower oil is ultra resistant to oxidation due to its resistance to heating (190°C) and that due to the frying of food. Its duration of use is doubly lengthened in comparison with an ordinary sunflower oil.

(1) Fill the fryer when cool, clean and dry.
(2) Do not mix it with other oils.
(3) Filter your oil regularly to remove solids.
(4) Do not heat above 190°C.
